Step 1: Send an Inquiry

Please visit our booking page to submit your inquiry. Tell us your wedding date, about your flowers and select the preservation options you’re looking for.

To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking our services at the same time as your other vendors. We can only take on a limited number of projects per date to ensure that we devote the necessary time and attention to preserving your stunning flowers.

Step 2: Contract & Invoice

We strive to respond to inquiries within 24-48 hours. To secure your date we will send you a contract to sign along with an invoice that requires a 50% deposit.

Due to high demand for our services, this proposed booking will expire in 48 hours if we do not receive the contract and deposit. This will allow us to ensure the availability of your desired date.

Step 3: Booking Confirmed

Upon receipt of your contract and deposit, you are officially booked! We will send you a confirmation email along with instructions on how to care for your flowers until they are safely in our hands.

Our local drop-off is Monday in Niagara, or choose to mail your fresh flowers to us from anywhere in Canada. We have created shipping instructions to ensure that they arrive safely and looking their best.

Step 4: Preserving and Arranging Your Flowers

Once we receive your flowers, our skilled team will carefully select the best blooms to use in your piece. We understand the sentimental value of your flowers, which is why we treat them with the utmost care and respect.

Over the next 8-16 weeks, we will work diligently to preserve your flowers and design a custom keepsake that is unique to you. We take great pride in our work and strive to create high-quality pieces that you will love.

Once your piece is completed, we will notify you via email. You have the option of picking up your completed project locally in Niagara, or we can mail it to anywhere in Canada. We want to make sure that you receive your cherished keepsake in the most convenient way possible.

Yes, you can include various mementos to make the keepsake even more personal and meaningful.

While fresher flowers yield the best results, we can often work with flowers that have been dried out for some time. Please contact us with the details, and we'll be able to discuss this in more detail.

Yes, we can create multiple keepsakes from a single set of flowers to ensure that everyone in the family can have a cherished memento from the funeral.
